  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Custom or personalized orders may take up to 10 working days.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free Shipping: Orders over ₹5000 qualify for free shipping across India.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional shipping charges will be calculated at checkout for COD orders.

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver across India. However, shipments to remote or rural areas, including Jammu & Kashmir and the North Eastern states, may incur additional charges or longer delivery times.


2. Delivery Process

  • Orders are dispatched via reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • All orders require signature and ID proof upon delivery.

  • If the package is damaged upon delivery, refuse it and contact us immediately for a replacement.


3. Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by natural calamities, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be redirected to a different address.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.

Return Policy

At TERRA, we value your satisfaction and ensure every product is crafted with care. However, we understand there might be situations requiring returns or exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Products damaged in transit.

    • Incorrect items received.

  • Returns must meet the following conditions:

    • Unused and in original packaging.

    • Barcode tags must remain untampered.


2. Process for Returns

  2. Approval: Share photos of the product for approval by our Quality Control (QC) team.

  3. Collection: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup.

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Orders lost in transit.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.

    • Delivery refusal by the recipient.

    • Used, damaged, or altered products.
